Vision:

To maintain the telecommunication infrastructure in the country by establishing modern telecommunication infrastructure through the development of telecommunication infrastructure throughout the country, keeping the leadership of the leadership in place and building BTCL as an efficient institution providing modern telecommunications services.

Mission:

A) Providing sophisticated and quality telecommunications services by introducing modern technology and modern technology. B) Expansion of telecommunications network to provide modern information technology services at the doorsteps of the people in the remote areas of the country.
